Rental Market Update
With Spring upon us, we’re very excited for what the next few months will bring us at Greville Pabst Real Estate. As a team we will be taking part in the Connor’s Run 2021 this September, finalising the renovations at our new Middle Park office and continuing to provide a second-to-none to service to our clients.
Our office has been abuzz this month (remotely of course) ; we have leases being signed, sales settling & new business deals being created everyday.
We feel as though our team has created fantastic procedures around our new normal, by having our virtual tours, professional images, contactless signing & key collections in place, we have been able to continue business as usual over the last little while! This is something we’re proud of and we’ve decided to incorporate into our regular procedures to make the client experience as seamless as possible.
Moving into Spring, we are seeing a steady flow of rental applications coming through, tenants are more comfortable with applying for properties via Virtual inspection and the cold Winter glut is now behind us.
We find tenants prefer to move house in Spring, however Summer is traditionally the busiest quarter, the demand is currently good and vacancies are low.
We have seen some great rental results in the suburbs of Richmond & Fairfield. The weaker suburbs include the apartment-dense areas of Essendon and Abbotsford”.
We are very excited to welcome our newest member Amy Wisby to our team, Amy brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her field and it feels as though she’s been here forever!
